I don't really think the government negotiates to threats but I couldn't
agree more.  Its so obvious that like any corporation, anything they
"offer", is ultimately set up to benefit them, and I am sick of the mental
cruelty and false hope of it all.  Why not just tell the truth;  that they
could care less, aren't going to do much, if anything and send us on wild
goose chases to keep us occupied.   MsSimms
