We see that some  yellow/red cross stickers are being (apparently illegally)
removed from blighted houses and thrown to the ground. That does not seem
the right thing to do, but it does not stop the enforcement, does it?
It just seems if someone wants to keep the house, they should fix it and not
just remove the sticker.

	this very issue was just recently discussed and the administration
has
	agreed to begin the process of levying the fines according to our
ordinance
	on blighted houses that have not complied with the minimum standards
of the
	securing of properties.
