Hi to all,
 
Glad to hear about you moving out of your trailer into your home.
 
My daughter got a fema trailer put in front of our flooded home in Chalmette
July 31, 2006. Still to date it does not have electricity hooked to it. I
have called fema, st. bernard parish and entergy so many times I'm tired of
the phone call and them pointing to each other. I even had council members
send request for inquiry as to status. Had a lady from a fema department
called DEHOP call me 2 weeks ago looking into it. She call a week later
stating that my daughter had refused the trailer. I told her fema has called
and asked if she still needed the trailer she told them, they installed one
on 7-31 but it needs electricity. Maybe they misconstruded that, that she
refused i' m not sure. Today I called her again, she said she would call me
back this evening. She never called.
