because of the current litigation over the rental ordinance i really can not
write much on the issue-  but thw whole action plan of the LRA leaves a
great deal to be desired.

properties into **Low-Income** housing. Now the projects will move OUT into
the communities. We saw it coming and it shall.. To those who love this
