[StBernard] Green spaces in Arabi?

Craig -- A friend of mine told me the Parish Government is starting to make
a push on where the green spaces will be in Arabi.  I don't want to put out
any more money on rebuilding my house just to find out I will be in the
green space area. Please explain what is going no.
