[StBernard] status? Parish low-interest loan program?

The Home Mortgage Loan Interest Loan Program has received support from the
council but the money has not been released from guess who the LRA out of
the CDBG money.  Unfortunately we do not have an accurate anticipated time
from the LRA to publicize at this point.
 
I know that this is a difficulty in waiting but the Home Mortgage Authority
did state that if you are eligible for their program and get financing
elsewhere in the interim that one could still apply for their assistance.
