Dear Louisiana Members,

Please sign Levees.Org's petition <http://www.levees.org/campaigns/>
calling on the new 2007 Congress for an unbiased investigation into the
failure of the levees in south Louisiana including St. Bernard, Orleans and
Jefferson Parish.

This study modeled after the 9-11 commission would be independent and
bipartisan. 

It is being called the 8-29 Commission and has support from both Democrats
and Republicans in Louisiana.
