Mississippi stating they were living in a FEMA trailer park.

	The St. Bernard Parish Council had the right idea by only allowing
St.
	Bernard residents to occupy the FEMA trailer parks in our Parish. 
	
	You can't stop crime completely but you can take pro-active steps to
keep
	crime to a minimum.
	
	Many thanks to our hard working Council. They get a lot of flack
from
	outsiders but their efforts are for the greater good of our beloved
Parish.
