I will predict this:

If the parish IS successful at accomplishing this feat of strength, it will
succeed at full and complete recovery in record time. If it does NOT,
nothing will stop the parish from a very slow and painful recovery.

So is the parish, going to fight for us again. Let see can we remember what
they said, something like we want a check in hand within 60 days at 120 a
