John:  My home is in Southlake Estates.  It's 1804 sq ft. living area. 
You did a pre and post Katrina appraisal for me, valuing it at $179,000
pre-Katrina.  I had another appraisal that was done in July of 2005,
before Katrina, valuing the home at $152,500.  The LRA's assessment came
back at $148,000.   My lot is 90 x 80.  What are your thoughts on the
LRA's assessment?
