Activists, residents begin cleanup

Housing activists and former tenants gathered at the St. Bernard public
housing development Monday to clean apartments, reclaim lost belongings and
protest a policy that has kept their homes shuttered since Hurricane
Katrina. >>

I just wonder if articles like these will make the nation think that St
Bernard Housing complex and St Bernard Parish are the same, (as most are not
familiar with the term parish meaning county, but think it is a churchparish
size area), and will withhold assistance from St Bernard PARISH, thinking it
is completely slated for demo.
