Most streets have an occasional inhabitant. 
Oh sorry, dont mean to be so negative, t here are some streets that have
come back nicely, and the rolling cans do look neater than bags.
(We still have a can and use it, and the folks empty it. Bags would be a
disaster with the rodents).
Just thought the 'block' comment was kinda funny  just yet.
