I don't need to defend Craig, but there were articles on nola.com and a
video report shown on WWL where the Council lambasted the LRA.  However,
where do you think the LRA is beholden to or answerable to St.Bernard Parish
Government?  They were appointed by Blanco.  They answer to her, if anyone.
Sorry, you're looking at the wrong folks.  Email or call the Governor.
