When I called to find out about my supposedly created letter, I was told
that they were waiting for additional documents. But they couldn't tell me
what additional documents. We gave them everything they asked for.  It's
been almost 3 months since the adjuster came out & still no letter. I don't
understand how people who went to their original appointment many weeks
after us have received their letters.
