Regarding the last paragraph about home renovations: I sold my home
to an investor and it was completely renovated within two months. I
personally saw them replacing the electrical, but I don't think they
did the gas pipes. The home is completely electric now from what we
can see. One note, I had a brick fireplace in the living room and
they did not bother to clean the muck and swamp grass off before
refinishing and laying new carpeting. Beware to anyone who is
considering purchasing one of these homes.
