There will also be a workshop held in St. Bernard for the LRA Small Rental 
Assistance Program.  It will be held Saturday, February 15 at 10:00 at the 
Community Center that has just opened on LeBeau Street in Arabi.  Many of 
you may has heard me complaining about the complexity of the application so 
I called the road home for help.  They told me about this workshop.  I will 
be there.
