PROGRESS: good news.
That stinky smelly ungutted house was demolished yesterday. YEAH. That is a
big help. One step at a time, one house at a time. Demo is progress. One day
the other shells will be either gone or fixed, I hope. 
Several houses are in danger of eventually collapsing. I see houses all over
the parish that seem to just cave in a little more after each rainy day. 
My opinion on the money issue: We are all struggling with money, but if one
does not have the money to take care of ones property, one needs to let it
go ..........................
