And Alabama proposes to build the plant right on the Mobile River, going to
Mobile Bay right out to the Gulf.

	plant. They are very business oriented here and have landed a number
of
	automobile plants going back to the Mercedes-Benz plant in Vance AL
in the
	80's I believe. I think anything Alabama has to offer Louisiana can
match so

	**True, but one determining factor is a huge body of water that runs
	adjacent to the proposed plant half-way between Baton Rouge and New
Orleans.
	It's a plus to have shipping of materials right from the river. 
	
	If we lose it, it'll be a quick spiral for Ms. Bunko, for sure,
losing a
	chance for 3000 jobs and tons of bucks fusioned into the economy
that can't
	afford to build roads.
