Thanks. We went, found it, waited too long, but got great service.
We went MOnday. Of course my daughter has to get sick over the weekend and
just would not get better with my usually brews.
The Health clinic opens at 8, and at 12 the Urgent care opens, which seems
to be the same clinic.
Urgent care stays open til 7 p, and is also open on weekends from noon to
five.
I dont know why the hours overlap or why they have different names.
(I entered through the wrong door too, could not follow the arrow
directions, a bit confusing to someone without sleep for two nights).
Going in on a Monday morning was a huge mistake. The place was brimming with
sick people.
We arrived at 9:20 and did not get out until just about 3pm. People that
came between 12 and 1p were called in when we left, so their hours were
shorter. Next time if we need to go, we go later when the big mass is a bit
dispersed. Sitting there for five plus hours with a feverish kid was no fun,
and everyone around us coughed of course, ............... usual parent trap:
If you dont catch it from your kid, you catch it in the waiting room.
ANyays. the service we finally got was great. The friendly and caring nurse
Diane with her refreshing nature helped calm our ruffled feathers and
irritated mood. She was wonderful.
I still dont understand the hours but apparently one of the clinics opens at
8a the other stays open til 7. I forget the Saturday hours.
