>From what I understand, if you raise the home for the new "standards" and

don't enclose the bottom most homeowner's consider that a camp and some
won't insure camps. If you do enclose the bottom, it technically doesn't
meet the new "standards" because the enclosed portion is considered a room
now and the house isn't raised.

This is my "layman's" description and terms. I'm sure Craig could shed some
light on this if I'm wrong.

new standards and insurance.
