[StBernard] MRGO suit

Why does everything Katrina have to be so complicated? Today various
reports say that 30,000 SF95 forms already sent in for the class action MRGO
lawsuit will be kicked out because the correct federal laws that the suit
says were the basis of the claim, were not typed on the forms. The form is
not available in anything but a pdf file. The judge supposedly moved the
deadline from the two year anniversary to an 18 month anniversary.
The chat rooms and web sites are full of people trying to get the right
form, with the right words and get it mailed to the correct three federal
addresses plus get it to one of the class action attorneys well before Wed,
Feb 28's deadline and no one seems to know if that is a postmark deadline or
not.
What a mess. Seems that someone could get the facts, get the correct form,
put it in Word so it was downloadable (who has a typewriter anymore to fill
in forms?) and provide accurate info. But then nothing Katrina is
straightforward, is it?
