[StBernard] Governor Blanco secures Presidential declaration for Jefferson, Orleans and St. Martin parishes

Does anyone think it would be sacrilegious/politically incorrect to pray
that President Bush declare **Governor Blanco** a "statewide disaster" for
her approval of the Road Home/ICC plan/team? <chuckle>.. Chances are that
this disaster may take a front seat before ours..in recovery.  ;^(
