Governor Blanco issues proclamations


BATON ROUGE - Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco has issued the following proclamations:

*	Proclamation No. 16 KBB 2007 - for a special election for the office of constable in St. Bernard Parish.
*	Proclamation No. 17 KBB 2007 - for a special election for the office justice of the peace in East Baton Rouge Parish.
