the ordinance does apply to the rear yard as well.  let people know that if
the rear yard still has debris then a ROE needs to be signed to address the
debris issue.

Does the ordinance to cut grass apply to the rear yards?    My neighbor at
2305 Ventura finally cut the high grass in front but left the rear yard
which is terrible and backs up to my yard.
 
We're back in our house as of this weekend. Great to be back.
