Howard and everyone,

I called the complaints department as Craig advised to report tires to be 
picked up.  Craig said there was now a contractor hired to pick them up.  
The girl that answered the phone said yes they do have a contractor but they

are not taking addresses yet.  She told me to call back in a week or two.  I

did and she said they are still not taking addresses, call back again later.

  I guess this contractor is not up and running yet.
