i sent the form to all three places that were noted last year as i thought
the deadline was 8/29/06.  i did not go thru an attorney, i just sent them
to the army corps., and 2 other places that the form said to mail to.  my
question is, i think i am done, but do i now have to file with an attorney??
i did receive my form back a couple of months ago from the corps. stating
that i missed putting the address in one of the boxes and to correct and
mail back to them so i know they have my claim.   anyone who can answer i
would greatly appreciate it!!
