SO confusing...how are the people that are still in other state's who
haven't been able to come home yet, supposed to know WHAT TO DO with the
corp of Engineer's...Half the people from St. Bernard doesn't even live
there anymore, and The head of local government can't address the citizen's,
and help us know WHAT IS GOING ON.  
 
Wesley has created a way of getting information to people not only in St,
Bernard, but people out of town as well. How the hell do they expect us to
know what's going on and to be somewhere by Wednesday?  I guess tomorrow I
have to call all parties and get answers?  If it weren't for Craig answering
question's and Wesley giving us the place to ask...what the hell would we
do?   It's unbelievable.
 
Does anyone have facts ON which form's your supposed to have regarding ALL
OF THE ABOVE MRGO & the A.C. of E., who you are supposed to send them to?
And by when?   FACTS, only FACTS is what I am asking for.  Thank's.
