[StBernard] Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority - East

        The new Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority - East will
be meeting Wednesday, March 7th, 10:00 a.m. at the Parish Council Chambers.
The meeting is a Special Meeting called to address issues related to the
Lake Borgne Levee District (St. Bernard).  These issues include work which
has not been completed, or in some cases not yet started, to repair the
damage to the drainage canals, pumping stations, pumps, and the Carnaervon
to Verret levee.  Representatives of governmental agencies involved in the
repair are scheduled to give reports on the progress of the repair.
Concerned citizens are invited to attend.
