Can't say I disagree with you.  It's possibly what was in the legislation
when LA Fair was created.  To me, it would have been easier just to have the
state give LA Fair a bailout, from the surplus the state has at this time.

	OK if they we CAN deduct it from our state income tax, what is the
point of
	making us pay it? We give it and they give it back? Maybe I am
missing
	something but it makes absolutely no sense! No offense to you.
