Can anyone tell me what dollars per square foot ($/sq.ft.) number the LRA is
currently using to value homes for the Road Home Program, prior to
deductions for flood insurance proceeds, FEMA assistance, and any other
deductions they make. 
 
This would be for a one story, brick home in Arabi, south of Judge Perez
Dr., with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, walk-in closets, living room, den, breakfast
room, kitchen and utility room, and detached one car garage, that received
12' of water, and has now been gutted to the studs.
