I got a huge Entergy bill after the hurricane.  I didn't think I owed it. It

was over twice as much as any bill I had ever received.  It was over $800, 
this was after my deposit had been deducted.  I called them and complained, 
but got no where.  I had to pay it and I set up a payment plan with them to 
keep my credit clean.  My bill said my meter was read Aug. 30, 2005!!  I 
told them their meter reader must have been a scuba diver for that to be 
possible.  They still did not back down.  I don't understand how they could 
do this to people that were in our terrible situation. Shameful!!
