FYI - my present Road Home status - LRA lost my executed BENEFIT AWARD
SELECTION docs

After receiving the coveted yellow award letter the second week of January
and returning my Benefit Selection documents via priority mail with
confirmed receipt on Jan 12, I am now told by RH my documents cannot be
located.  

My consistent inquiry calls to follow-up on my status were answered with the
same two responses; either the documents had not yet been scanned OR the
system had not been updated. Finally, RH responded to my email in late
February acknowledging the mail was received Jan 12 but stating:

 "However, at the present time we are not showing that your awards letter
has been scanned into your file.  We have also noticed that a work order had
been opened ... to have a case worker investigate why your award letter has
not been scanned into your file. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a
deadline as to when someone will be able to follow up with you regarding
this issue. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused."

RH simply suggested I re-submit the docs via fax which I did and now they
cannot even confirm receipt of the fax!  Foolishly I was anticipating to
perhaps close within two or three months. When I told the RH Resolution Team
reps I did not feel I should have to start the process over and lose
valuable two months, none of them could offer a solution.  I finally got a
RH contact name of the person assigned to my inquiry and have not had any
phone calls returned.

IF ANYONE CAN OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL ADVICE, I WOULD WELCOME SAME.

I sent Letters to the Editor of both THE TIMES PICAYUNE and BATON ROUGE
ADVOCATE but got no response on acceptance for publication.  

I have also sent a letter and backup documentation to all listed below.
