I have a friend selling his house in the 3000 blk of dauterive and he said he got a call from a buyer wanting to purchase it and the buyer stated that he was buying 12 properties in the area to fix up and make them ALL hud homes. Said he will be getting 1200.00 a month from the gov't. Whats up with this? I thought the parish put something in place to stop this from happening.
