As many Murphy Oil Settlement Litigants/Filers begin receiving their checks
today, perhaps it's prudent to go over the Allocation page within to make
sure that, depending upon the Zone home was located, one also gets (Zone 2
and 3) the compensation rate of $14.39 or $10 a sq. ft. This is IF you are
"owner" of said property. This is in addition to the checks for $2500 per
person, for instance.

Secondarily, there is a "clause/notice" specifically for check recipients
who have also received an SBA Disaster Loan which is said within to "be
applied to your SBA loan for personal property and may have to contact SBA
regarding this.

According to the document, you have 30 days from date postmarked to contest
the check amount if you disagree. (1-888-367-5416), then you have to wait a
day or 2 for someone to call back, as usual.
