OH, another thing.     We were told by the LRA lady (who lives in New
Orleans and lost her house), that a post Katrina pre K assessment in the
range of 20percent higher than the lra value is automatically accepted, but
any larger differences require more of a fight. 
Of course one cant believe everything said, but it sounded more like she
said it from experience, and not as lra person.
