Westley,

We have been blessed to be able to take this walk for the past 10 years or
so. It is such a moving experience walking and praying and preparing for
Easter. I encourage anyone who is able to join us to do so. MaryAnn
doesn't mention it, but some folks park down at Lourdes and ride with others
up to the Trist area. That way, folks have a way to get back to their cars.

Please pass along to EVERYONE . . .

Come join us for our Good Friday - Way of the Cross Levee Walk. We meet on
the levee (across from Trist school) for 11:00am. We end this journey at Our
Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (on the corner of Colonial & Judge Perez).
This levee walk has been a tradition for Our Lady of Lourdes for over 15
years. We wish to share this experience with you and continue this special
tradition. Everyone is invited to join us on the levee Friday, April 6th at
11:00am. You may want to bring a bottle of water, a hat or sunscreen,
sunglasses and a prayerful spirit. This walk is a very powerful and
spiritual way to end the lenten season. We would like everyone to feel
welcome to walk and share an extremely religious experience with us. We will
have cold water waiting at the church upon completion.
Yours truly in faith,
Mary Ann Bazile (for more info: 504/583-0555 or 504/728-6560)
