St. Bernard Sheriff Looking For Missing Man

CHALMETTE, La. -- St. Bernard sheriff's deputies are searching for a missing
man.

Deputies said Christopher Michaelis, 38, originally of South Bend, Ind., has
been in Chalmette doing electrician work.

Michaelis was last seen on March 25. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall
and 160 pounds with a burn mark and scar on the left hand.

Investigators said Michaelis left on foot and has a history of a mental
illness.

Deputies ask that if anyone knows of his whereabouts, call the St. Bernard
