Craig.

Thanks for the response. I will sign the Right of Entry form today. I
think the rear neighbor complained because the garage is leaning on his
fence in which I can understand. I've taken care of the grass Sat. At
first there was no notice on my house notifying me of the violation until I
started cleaning the debris in the yard and that was when I found a notice
from the parish. It was on the side of the house in the grass with masking
tape. The parish needs to secure the notification with something better
than masking tape. The notice only says the grass exceeds 24". Nothing
about debris. People that don't have access to a computer could be on the
violation list and not know because of he notices being blown off there
doors.

Dear Future Resident,

if there is debris in the back yard, you can sign a Right of Entry and the
debris crew can get the debris from your property. Since I don't know where
the house is, I am reluctant to tell you to just block the visibility of the
rear yard to be in compliance because I have not seen the amount of debris
that you are talking about and if it presents a situations that harbor
rodents, etc.

If you are keeping the grass down and the house is secured, the backyard
debris would usually not present any violations, unless it was deemed a junk
pile in normal times.

If you need to sign a Right of Entry you can go to the website www.sbpg.net
or go to community development office on the second floor of the government
building.

Hope this helps.

God Bless,
Craig
