I will get a tracking on it.  Just keep the grass down and I will work on
the debris getting picked up.  Unfortunately many contractors just dump
wherever they see a place.

We sold our home on St. Marie Street but still own the vacant lot next door.
My neighbor on the other side of the lot sold their home also.  Yesterday my
daughter called to let me know that the new owners of my neighbors house are
dumping all of their new construction trash on our lot.  We keep the lot
cut, there was never a house on it, nor any reason for someone to believe
this trash is ours.  I am worried about being fined because of this.  Do you
believe the parish will fine us?  Since there was never a house on it, it is
obvious that we are not responsible for this mess, just keeping the grass
cut.  I forgot the lot number but it is the one between 3604 St. Marie and
3612 (3rd from corner of Florida).  I am going to put a "NO TRESPASSING"
sign on it this weekend but I seriously doubt they will abide by that.  What
should we do to keep from being fined?  Thanks so much for all of your help
