The Knights of Nemesis Social Meeting for April will take place Monday April
16 at 6:30 PM at Brad's Bar on Paris Road in Chalmette.   All members and
prospective members are invited to attend.   The first payment for the 2008
parade installment are due at the April meeting.  Membership dues once again
will remain at $225.  The Knights of Nemesis 3rd parade is schedule for
Sunday January 27, 2008 (Mardi Gras is early next year on Tuesday February
5, 2008).

Also, the Knights of Nemesis Hook a Kid on Fishing Rodeo will take place on
Friday and Saturday June 15 and 16, 2007.  The Rodeo weigh in and party will
be on Saturday June 16 at Campo's Marina in Shell Beach.    Scales are open
on Saturday the 16th from Noon to 3 PM, scales will close at 3 PM sharp.
You are allowed to launch and fish anywhere on Friday and Saturday.  Entry
fee is $25 for adults and $10 for children under 12, any child under 12
registering with a parent, guardian or other adult will receive a fishing
pole and other fishing items.  Entry fee includes unlimited food, drink and
a Nemesis Hook a Kid on Fishing Rodeo Shirt. 
 
Categories are Kids 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place for the following...
Redfish, Trout, Sheephead and Off the Dock at Campo's (any item caught off
the dock will be weighed for the kids).  Adult categories include... 1st and
2nd place in the following... Redfish Over 27", Redfish Under 27", Red Fish
with the most spots, Flounder, Sheephead and Speckled Trout.  Cash prize for
5 Trout Stringer and BIG Fish.  Limit 1 entry per person per category.  Same
fish cannot be used in multiple categories.
 
Sponsorships are being taken for the Rodeo Shirt.  The sponsorship price
ranges are $100, $200, $300 and $500.
