I dont know of any rental place but I do see signs along the road and in the
papers.
What amazes me are the rental fees being as high as mortgage payments on
some of the houses up for sale. In certain areas one can by a huge house
(work still needed in some) for 150 k, so the monthly mortgage would be
rival to those almost and up to four digit rental payments. 
I guess the area makes a difference, and home ownership brings with it
repairs, insurance cost (rising) and other headaches. Interesting to see the
market develop over the next years.
