	SBA called before the
	appointment and told him that they were taking $49,000 off the top 

If the bill passes completely (the one that passed the REP), are these
people getting their sba loan back? do they have to go through all that
rigamorole again to get this loan they had gotten, then got taken away? 
I am now almost glad that my yellow letter never came yet. Might be better
off after all these bills pass.
Then again, there may not be any dollars left for us.
