That is great news. (should have been sooner, I am sure).
We finally received our yellow letter last week (Saturday, due to post
office boxes being unreachable during work hours), emailed John Scurich that
we are ready for an appraisal (as LRA was a bit low by our opinion) and
guess what: he was there Monday. What a surprise. Expected him later that
week, but he happened to be in the area and just came on by. Fantastic.
As soon as I get the paperwork, the appeal goes off and the waiting starts
again.
It is good to hear these positive stories as it keeps hope going.
