an appraisal, They are accepting post Katrina appraisals and have been
excepting the figure that are right around 20% if you go higher, you have to
go another round with them. Plenty of people have had been given the
affordable loan, they realized later they were not eligible for this and
that is where big dollars are coming off.  Also it is important to remember,
that they are just starting to do option 2 & 3  this one takes longer
because the title search goes deeper because you are giving up your
property..
