[StBernard] has anyone heard of this company?

I have a for sale sign on my vacant lot in Arabi, and got a call from a
company called "Pate NOLA1, LLC" out of Alabama wanting to purchase it.  I
know I have to contact the BBB, but has anyone else received a call from
this company for their lot?  Does anyone know anything about this company
that can be helpful to me?
