Murphy has begun demo-ing the homes that they have bought on the North side
of Jacob Drive.  I understand the need to provide a buffer between the
refinery and the neighborhood but I hope that Murphy has plans to also
provide a visual buffer (green space).  Do you know what their plans are for
this space.
