in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los  Angeles.   Its inexcusable that
our archdioses would let this slide and put a damper on the recovery of St.
Bernard and turn a blind eye to the unsanitary conditions; they have had
plenty of time to do what it takes; what about  volunteers; there's millions
