Lets print this out and get it to the people who are elderly and disabled,
have no computer access in their fema trailers, and somehow get them
transportation.
This is the age old problem (no pun intended) that the most needy often do
not find out about these things, do not have the means to get to those
locations on those times. (14th floor Poydras). Why cant such a thing be
inside each parish? Go be passed on to the council on aging and churches,
even various state nursing homes where some homeowners are still 'stuck' and
wish to go back home?
Transportation somehow provided or people, case managers go visit those
folks where they are? 
It is a major deal for someone up in age and/or with disabilities to get a
way to go to Poydras 14th floor at a specified day at a specified time, with
an expected wait, while possibly needing medical treatment and/or hygiene
care during such a wait..
 
Lets try and help at least some. I am sure everyone knows at least one
person who would fall into this and needs help following through. God Bless.
