the orange markings have recently been placed in areas designating street,
curb and sidewalk repairs.  I am guessing that is what you saw.

this am a small white truck with a private name 'Utility .something"....
stopped at the corner of Despaux and Ohio and the man sprayed orange paint
across the street from curb to curb on the south side of Ohio.  He also
sprayed a curly desige on one sidewalk and another straight mark on the
other.
What's this for?
