One was also erected in the back yard of a house on the corner of Missouri
and Palmisano.  I've asked Kenny Henderson what it might be but haven't

A few weeks ago what looked like a large fish pond was built near Missouri
Street in the school yard, but it turns out to be a pad for a large
electrical transformer. Since it's on private property, it wouldn't seem to
be anything Entergy did for the area, but rather getting ready to energize
the whole place. Murphy's contractors are now putting down the grass mats,
having removed all the soil. Obviously, it's not the Arch of N.O. so I
wonder if anyone knows what the plans are and who the Arch is going to lease
the property to? Surely, a permit has been applied for so it should be
public record. Anyone know? ddk
